"Appointment at 3pm,check in at 2. They give me door at 3:30 five minutes after that they tell me that my load is not ready and that I need to wait.Update 6 pm they gave me the door.Parking is very congested And when you need to park,need to go on a very busy street. Not a good expirience."

"Apparently you need to park on the street next to office to get in the dock doors here. I been here 4 hrs. And. About 4 trucks got here after I did and they all got in docks before me. 1. Truck just showed and. Was immediately in the door. Meanwhile I am still sitting waiting after 4 hours"
