"Terrible people yelled at me gave me no instruction when I truck would not connect to their system. I had $1400 in receipts showing I tried to repair it. Would not help instruct me how to get a plate. The manager was yelling at me…"

"Self serve e-check, computer screen prompts you through the process with a touch screen to enter your automobile data including VIN, at the end of the test you receive a print out and if you do not pass you can search online to decode the code(s) that will tell you what to focus on fixing. I am not an expert in anything, but I think I figured out a life hack loophole, research for yourself before taking any advice. (If you are your own mechanic and not a computer specialist this can save you an expensive trip to an auto shop; but it will record the failure to the record of the VIN and once the issue is fixed return to the e-check for a pass so it is road legal in Ohio.)"

"Waited way to long! As always I managed to get in the wrong lane. The women who ran this lane was a hot mess and tried doing 3 cars in the bay at once. She walked at a snails pace in between like she had all the time in the world. While the gentleman working in the next bay took one car and had them in and out within minutes! Awful experience and next time I'll head to another e-check location !"
