"Customer service was poor. Initial interaction was met with no assistance then sold the wrong tool. Brought the part back and attempted to get assistance by another associate but they were rude and refused to hang me my money when I requested a refund. It was placed on the counter and when I brought it to their attention they stated that I could just pick it up from there."
"Just Left The Store And Had A Bad Experience With Gina…Upon Walking In The Store I Believed That I Could Simply State I Was There To Pick Up A Part And Then Be Asked Information, And Provide ID For The Order To Be Found Without Any Extra Issues….But Gina Found It Necessary To Just Stare At Me And “Smartly” Say We Have A lot Of People That Pick Up Parts…Which Was Followed By A Awkward Silence… And I Stated To Her Well I’m Sure You Need Information But I Don’t Work Here So I Don’t Know What Kind You Need….She Could Have Simply Just Asked My Information And What Was Needed Other Than Using Sarcasm To Provide Me With Bad Experience Like I’m Bothering Her At The Job She Chose….Hopefully She Learns Better Customer Service And To Stop Being The Typical Attitude Having Black Woman At Work Where lts Not Needed And Just Extra And Helps Nobody"
"The item I bought wasn't the right one but they gave my refund with no hassle. The guy did his job to make sure it was ok to refund but it still went smoothly. Nice."
"Stopped in today and was pretty disappointed in the customer service I received. The woman at the front was rude to me and when she couldn't help me find what I needed she suggested I call my husband to ask him. The store was clean and they ended up having the DEF fluid I came in for but it personally wouldn't ever go back based on how she made me feel. Customer service is important!! Don't make people feel dumb, especially women who are just thing to do their best in the confusing world of car-stuff."
