"Had my car serviced here sometime in December 2022, the car only had 30k miles on it, and it ran and drove. The only issue was that it needed two sensors put on. While it was there, the mechanic said the car wouldn't start. The mechanic also asked if I altered the mileage on the car because it is a 2006 Ford Taurus. I said no and found the question odd as the mileage had nothing to do with my original issue. The car has still not started since Jack's transmission has touched it. I wouldn't recommend this place. The mechanic did not charge me for putting the sensors on. That's the only plus."

"My car has been there for mouths 1989 Lincoln town for a kick down cable he can't find the part but I'm out of 1600.00 for a rebuilt transmission . This can't drive it didn't think it needed rebuilt . he was a mouth starting on it . Claims he can't spend all day looking for the part and that he did his job and I didn't tell about the cable not true. Told him in advance of towing ."
"Never take your car to Jacks Auto he had my car for 10 months put a gas line on it and still did not fix the problem 10 months later I gave him plenty of opportunity to fix my vehicle he did not he said he was going through some issues that is only him that's working give him time I gave him plenty of time that is only him that's working give him time I gave him plenty of time or whatever I work with him said okay fine cuz I wasn't in a hurry to get it done and 10 months later he did not fix the problem still wanted to be paid he said give him $200 for putting a fuel line on there and it wasn't even a problem I had to get it towed to my house never take your vehicle there not trustworthy and a waste of time"
