They exhibited so much knowledge and professionalism on how to tackle this project and it’s inherited difficulties, the final result is better than I ever imagined! "Stopped into the Mentor store on Tues. the 23rd of April. An older man and younger woman were working, we got the older man after about a 5 minute wait. After looking at sculptured carpet for several minutes, I ask a couple of questions about the installers. He was unable to answer my questions and said it was the first time in 12 years he was ever ask those questions. He said he will find the answers, but then walked away and started helping another woman who came in after us. At that point we left the store. We were looking at carpet that was $7.79 a SQUARE FOOT or $70.11 a SQUARE YARD. About $2400 for just one room we were going to carpet. I guess that was not a good enough sale for him. We left and went to Marshall Carpet One in Mayfield and received the type of service we were expecting. This was our second bad experience at Calvetta Bros. and that was two to many."
