"This store refused to stand behind their company's lifetime warranty, I recently purchased a larger socket set from here and it included duplicates of one size and was missing another size. They refused to exchange it for the correct socket and insisted I empty my toolbox to return the entire set just for 1 socket. Called another harbor freight store, they'll exchange the single socket no problem! I definitely will not shop at the Tiffin Harbor Freight anymore."
