"I LOVE the self serve kiosk for Amazon returns! Scanning the QR code on my Amazon app was quick and easy. The long line to return packages after the holiday was mitigated by using the kiosk. I can’t attest to the staff as I didn’t interact with them - they were quite busy, but the convenience of the kiosk will hopefully take a bit of stress off of them and made my life so much easier! I really hope the kiosk sticks around - so easy to use!"

"“We pack it” we ship it, we guarantee it”… that couldn’t not be more true. I didn’t bring a box with me to ship my item because I assumed they provide one or I could at least pay for one to use. The lady working basically told me I was out of luck after waiting over half hour in line. Lucky, a nice woman behind me had an extra that she let me have. Thanks again!"

"Went in for a notary. Was directed to a man at a table in the center of the store. I get 5 documents notarized. Notary tells me that the State of Ohio allows him to charge $5 per signature/stamp. No issue for me. Notary then proceeds to tell me that the state of Ohio allows for a $30 travel fee, which he expected me to pay. The notary did not travel to ME, I approached HIM! There was a customer in front of me. So how many people were scammed besides me? No postings or disclosures anywhere in plain view. The notary was not a store employee, also not disclosed. Notary accepts no cards. I had $100 bill he could not make change for. He had two twenties and a ten. I hadn’t time to argue. I took the $50 in change that was on the table and left my hundred. Not my problem he couldn’t make correct change. A store employee could have. I work for my money. I am reporting this to the state authority that governs public Notaries as well as local authorities. Clearly, the UPS store owners and management condone dishonest practices, hence the one star."

"The woman that waited on me was so RUDE! There was a young girl working too and she was so sweet to the customers. This older lady with long wavy blond hair was not pleasant at all. She rudely told me the next time I have an Amazon return with the QR code to take it to the corner and do it myself. I first had been to a nearby store that I normally frequent that apparently recently had closed so I searched the internet and found this store in Perrysburg just 6 miles away.. That store that closed always had people to wait on you not a kiosk and had they had one I'm sure they would have handled my situation more tactfully! I need to find another UPS store because I don't want to deal with that employee in Perrysburg ever again! This woman should not be dealing with the public with an attitude like that!"

"I typically come to this center over others because they are so nice. Today was the first day I’ve ever experienced someone rude. As soon as I got in line I thought I heard “would’ve been nice if she would’ve at least tried.” I wasn’t sure what she was talking about until she said I can help you here. When I was walking over I saw the NEW self serve station for Amazon returns. Then it dawned on me- she was talking about me not going there. After she scanned my item, she said next time you can do it yourself over there, there’s bags and everything. First of all, sorry- I didn’t notice it when I walked in. Second- half of America hates self service things that are putting people out of jobs. I chose this location because I like the people here. Third- is being rude just how we are doing things now??"
