"Worst ripoff company I've ever encountered! Only used them because our loan officer strongly suggested them for a quick close on our house a few years ago. My first and only claim happened June 5th which I reported right away. I'm STILL trying to get them to finish handling. My "adjustor" is Joy King. They suck and so does TAYLOR BODY SHOP which not only forced me to have to pay 2 deductibles but when I went to pick up my car they hadn't even fixed it. Never again will I use either!"
