"The only reason I’m even writing this review or taking the online survey is because of the frustration I felt while waiting in line. During the time spent in the store, I saw the younger dark haired female worker acting incredibly rude to a woman that was doing absolutely nothing to her. I’m not sure if the worker had a bad day, but it was absolutely infuriating to see her treat this woman so poorly and for her coworkers to just side eye her and keep doing their own thing. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a situation where I’ve been so angry at the way another person has been treated by a sales person. I get that people have their bad days, but that was just too much."

"The heavy set older woman who works at this Lima Ohio location is just absolutely rude and nasty. I’m in this store 2-4 times a week shipping big packages and she’s always giving another customer or staff member some sort of attitude. This store used to have a quality staff, (Nicole was very knowledgeable) now it’s a joke. The only thing you hear her say loudly is “Dale said this, or Gayle said that.” Whoever these people are, if they are affiliated with this store, they may want to reevaluate who they have running the show there. This afternoon I caught the brunt of the wrath of the “big gal”… I won’t be back, at least not until some time has passed. She’s not mentally stable, and I spend too much money on shipping to risk my expensive items in a store she’s running. With her in charge, In the case today I paid $37.33 to ship something… and it comes to MY house a few days later when it was meant to go to NewYork. When I nicely and politely went in the store to speak of the incident… first she blamed the issue on “one of her people” then she was mad at me. All she had to say was “sorry about that, we will get that shipped right out.” That’s it. That’s all. I was one that had to drive the package to the store for the 2nd time. I was the one that paid $37 bucks to ship the package to myself. I wasn’t asking for anything whatsoever, except maybe some reassurance that this time the package would get to it’s intended destination and not my own porch. This made her mad."

"The workers were very rude and all I was doing was returning an Amazon package. The girl waiting on me never even said Hello or even really acknowledged me and sighed when I said I had a return. She then insisted I buy a bag to package it in even though it clearly says no package needed. I noticed the other workers seemed to be unwelcoming to all customers."

"Despite an initial mix-up, they did end up reaching back out to me and the issue was resolved. I understand that they do a high-volume, high-pressure job that is not easy here, and while mistakes will happen, they at least worked with me and set things right a few days later. I will check my receipts very carefully before leaving the store next time, but I also won't hesitate to return and use their services again as it does seem to have been simply a clerical error."

"I dropped off a package on Thursday and was offered different days of arrival and prices, I chose an option to pay 232 to arrive Saturday, I double and triple checked that with them and they said yes I would get it on Saturday, turns out package will get there on Tuesday. The prices for Tuesday arrival were 2 options one through ups ground for 64 and UPS 3 day select for 150. So I payed that extra money for no reason at all. I went to the store and talked to them about this issue and they straight out told me I was misinformed and there was nothing they could do about it no partial refund or anything. So apparently if they give you wrong information or lie to you and you pay more, when you could of payed less nobody takes responsibility for the mistake, the customer is just straight out of luck. Now the money is really not the issue the issue was that I needed that package delivered before Monday or at the lastest on Monday and now it's showing for Tuesday."
