"After explaining to the associate what I was looking to get repaired on my vehicle, I received an immediate response of “we won’t even touch or look at it”. It was a spot of rust which was isolated to one portion of the vehicle. If I’m thinking correctly, does this body shop not accept any vehicle that has rust on it then? And if that’s the case, how are they in business, we are in Ohio aren’t we?? I’ve had other quotes on the truck which were very reasonable but chose to shop around, obviously this body shop will not make the list of options for the repair."
