"Paid for an oil change. My car leaked oil for the next couple of weeks. Took it to a dealer who stated a faulty oil plug was used. Had to pay for another oil change. I contacted Pitstop and the told me they are “not reliable” ( no joke with the word choice there). I absolutely do not recommend."
"First time going here. Staff seemed friendly. Rating one star because they told me my coolant needed flushed or my car was going to overheat. They offered to do the service there but I declined and took my car to the mechanic shop that I have always used. The mechanic then told me my coolant was just fine. I don’t like the fact that they were trying to get further services out of me while I was there. I will not be going back."
