"Honestly, at this time I am less than unsatisfied with the level of service I have received and would not recommend a single person. I have had my car for less than a week before experiencing issues with it. I don't believe you guys performed a 150 or 250 point inspection otherwise you would have caught the fact the window leaks, the defroster doesn't work, the hum in the engine or the passenger window not shutting properly. I'm also not thrilled with the fact that the back window now has to be replaced and your service advisor is making it seem like I'm responsible for the repair when you guys should have caught that. While I liked your service that your sales rep had preformed, your dealership has completely eclipsed it with their lack of service and lack of urgency. Out of the 2 weeks that I have had the vehicle, I have been able to actively drive it a week."
