"I would not even give them a 1. My roommate bought a bed that was supposedly new. Well it was not and my roommate can't climb stairs to see for himself. Springs were popping on the sides and I weigh about 160 lbs. I tried to explain to my roommate and my back got so bad he called. They said a 4 month old mattress was just wear and tear. Im grown and don't jump on a bed and I'm not heavy enough to break down a mattress in that amount of time. I'm the only one who slept on it. I personally would never never buy a mattress from them but they really ripped my roommate off and he is disabled so he can't test it out himself. I"
"The employee Bobby there is great and kinda cute. He is kind and willing to work with you. "Unless its getting his number" lol. I have rented here for a little over 3 years. very grate customer service as long as you pay your bill on time. But let's be honest if you cant afford to pay then dont rent in the first place."
