"I've been meaning to leave this review for a while now recently my wife and I just purchased the bedroom suit .the gentleman who sold it to us was absolutely amazing the gentleman who delivered it was wonderful as well our problem is when we looked over the furniture after delivered there were marks all over it .they delivered it with the wrong box springs I stopped in and showed them pictures immediately after it was delivered nothing has been done I've called numerous times absolutely nothing has been done to make this right we paid $5,000 and we received damaged furniture as well with the wrong box springs"

"Update: New legs were delivered and installed today (April 2023). I purchased a mattress, adjustable base, and pillows from this location in August 2022. Salesman was great and so was the delivery, however, I was not home when the bed was delivered and when I got home I noticed the legs on the adjustable base were 12 inches tall. Usually the legs of an adjustable base have 2 sections so you can adjust the height, but not these. I called the store and informed them I needed shorter legs so my bed didn't stick up out of my bed frame. I was told someone would call me back. Never heard back from the store and called them and was told legs had been ordered and someone would call me when they arrived...6-9 weeks passed, no call, no legs, so I called the Twinsburg location hoping for better service....wrong...legs were "ordered" again and I was told I would get a call when they arrived. Another 6-8 weeks pass, no call, no legs. I called to check on the status and was told someone would call me back, but never received a phone call. After being VERY patient and waiting MONTHS for a call or my new legs for the base I ended up giving up and am now stuck with a bed that doesn't fit in my frame and sticks up out of it about a foot. Think twice before purchasing anything from this company because if anything is wrong you will be stuck with an item you are not happy with."

"The employees at Bedrooms Today were EXTREMELY helpful. I am going to be moving to the area in less than a month and drove over 2 hours in order to find a bedroom set in the area and have it delivered to my new apartment. After arriving from the long drive, they gave me such a great deal for an entire queen bedroom set, a mattress set, and a mattress protector that has a great warranty on it. Plus, the bedroom set is absolutely beautiful and I am so excited to have this set for a long time. They are going to deliver everything and set it all up at no extra cost which is amazing. I was even able to schedule for a future delivery on the day that I will be moving in. I was a little stressed as this is will be my first apartment and I did not really know what to expect price-wise. However, they made it extremely simple and it was quick and easy. I may even be going back to buy a futon in the near future because they have such great customer service and prices. I cannot say enough nice things and it was TRULY worth the drive. Thank you again for everything!!"
