"If everything is fine with your insurance going into getting a repair, you will have a great experience. Called in for the first time and was able to get an estimate the next week. Easy paperwork, very easy estimate process. They were able to work with your insurance to make sure nothing is out of budget. I received weekly updates through the whole process of my car and was able to have it finished a week before the estimated due date. Would go back if ever in an accident again. Thank you"
"Fantastic experience at Caliber! I had work done 3 years ago from an accident right when everything went into lockdown. They did an amazing job for me then and went above and beyond yesterday. My front fog lamp shattered due to a rock in the freeway that needed repaired. I also noticed my front headlight was extremely foggy. I remembered the headlight was replaced 3 years ago and I called to learn if there was a warranty. Guess what there was! Caliber covered the entire cost of the new headlight (cost was near $500 since they are LED) and did the work at no charge including my fog lamp install, I just had to buy that part and bring it in! Thankfully that part was only $85! Caliber had my car for about 5 hours, they cleaned it inside and out and I am over the moon with the service and their amazing staff, especially Tony! Thank you folks for turning another “bad” experience into a great one!! Highly recommend!!"
