"I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Bob and his team went above and beyond to get my car back on the road safely! I’m horrible with names but the young man at the desk was very professional, dropped me off and picked me up once my car was ready! This will be the Only store I will be returning to when my car needs a repair! I’m not sure why so many negative comments But from what I experienced, Everyone went the extra mile to ensure every customer was attended to! Additionally, they stayed open an extra hour to ensure my vehicle was completed and tested! I’ve Never experienced another shop doing this! Thank you again Everyone!! By the way, I needed both ball joints replaced, left axle, dang near every flush possible, lug nuts, and complete back brakes done! Not only did they find Every part I needed (other shops told me I’d have to wait 3-5 days) they were a lot cheaper also!"

"Service was EXCELLENT and the employees were even better. The woman who was working the desk was engaging and kept me informed the whole time. The mechanic was friendly, explained exactly what needed repaired and the job was done quickly and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend them:) Thanks for doing a GREAT JOB!!"

"The best of the best! I was traveling from Boston to California in a 1997 Lincoln Towncar (crazy i know!) and it overheated right before Cleveland. I pulled off the highway and stumbled upon Rainbow Muffler and Brake. Boy was I lucky! Bob Banks, the manager, and his team (especially Carlos and Edwin) did everything they can to get me back on the road that same day. Unfortunately, they could not and I had to spend the night in a hotel. First thing next day, they started working on the monstrous engine and making sure that it is going to make the 2000 miles left of my trip! And that they did! Not only was this great team competent, but they were hospitable, friendly, reasonable and genuinely wanted to help. Bob did everything he can to help me with the bill and I ended up buying muffler muffler tips from him, after the car was tested a couple of times and I was ready to hit the road again. Honestly, in hindsight I could not be luckier to have found Rainbow Muffler, Bob and his team! Awesome folks and great service. I left that shop with at least a couple of friends, not just a running car. Which by they way made it to California, without any issues whatsoever. I will be back any time I'm traveling through the area to say hello and chat. Thank you VERY MUCH, gents! See you soon :-) PS. This car is called "Mafiosa" because the running joke in Boston is that this model used to be common among the Italian Mafia in Boston, and they used joke that its trunk can hold up to 5 bodies! She's now in witness-protection and lives in California under new identity (more like new plates ;))"

"The person up front was very nice. Work was done quickly, but I had an easy fix this time. Prices are reasonable. Music that was playing was not my style, but.... . FYI - It is best to pay with cash if you have it. They do charge 4% for credit card payments. Will definitely go back when I need to."
