"Summary: This place is legitimately incredible: no pressure, proof of work, thoughtful attention to details, reasonable prices, welcoming, and professional! I can’t recommend them highly enough, and I’m so grateful to Monica, Tim, and Michael M!!! Details: We’re relatively new to the area, and my car was due for service. I saw the ratings for Willoughby Hills Auto Repair, and I couldn’t believe how good they were, so we took my car there. Our first experience was with Monica. She’s so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! She was attending to something in the office, and she immediately acknowledged our presence and let us know she’d be right with us. It’s so nice to be acknowledged like that, and it’s sadly rare. I’ve been completely ignored in many other places around here, and it’s disconcerting when that happens. Monica explained everything, including that the technicians would provide pictures of anything they found and/or recordings of any noises. That’s amazing to me! Actual proof of what is needed?! Nice! Tim called me the next day, and he’s also kind, professional, and knowledgeable! He told me how the service went, and let me know my air filter was dirty, so I asked for that to be replaced, and he provided the cost and time estimate: reasonable prices and very fast turnaround! He called back when it was ready. When we went to pick it up, they provided a detailed list of what the service entailed, and a suggested list of upcoming maintenance items based on my car’s mileage. Tim assured me that the complimentary safety inspection showed there were no safety issues, and that the suggested maintenance items were for my information and no pressure. That blew my mind! I’m so used to a whole lot of pressure and nothing complimentary! Now I can plan around my budget and my car’s mileage, and hopefully be able to keep my car for several more years. Another thoughtful touch was that there was a little bag of candy and a thank you for your business note in my car, AND my car was parked facing out, so I could pull out instead of backing out, which makes a huge difference to me in a very busy parking lot.
