"Literally the worst place to take your car. I’m in the process of filing against them because I brought my girls car here to get fixed and paid 1500$ to leave w more problems then It came with. It’s been almost a month the check engine light is still on it was never on until it got taken to Bta. The car reaks off gas every time you start it and it still makes a noise. It shakes and stutters everything we put gas in it. Which it’s never done and we’ve had the car 5 years. Some guy named Ron there says he fixed 99 percent of the problem and charged me 700$ IN LABOR!!!! Honestly happy to say I’ll see them in court soon. Customer service is so bad meanwhile I’m not the only person this has happened to and John sits back and let’s all this go on while turning a blind eye. I’ve gotten my car fixed better by street mechanics. 0/5 would not recommend bc once your car isn’t fixed the correct way they’re going to say a bunch of blah blah."

Bta isn’t glamorous but your car is in good hands and when I was out of state and had two different shops misdiagnose and incorrectly fix a problem, John was able to order parts and tell them over the phone what was needed. Problem solved! Don’t waste your time anywhere else."
