I never experienced any hangups. Scott and Joan has always handled matters in a professional way. They are always polite. So reading these other reviews, I am stunned. Not to say that their experiences were false. I am just saying that I have never experienced anything close to that. If Scott ever repaired one of my cars and I had a problem with my car afterwards, he would always take care of the problem at hand with no drama involved. I love me some Scott and Joan and will continue to be one of their customers. Might of fact I am having a car tolled there tonight. I can rely on Scott to get the job done.
