"3S Towing recovered my vehicle after an accident on Oct. 30, 2023. They responded fast and took car of my vehicle even though it was totalled. All of my belongings were still in place. When I arrived to clean the car out and pay for the storage they even explained my next steps. I didn't know my insurance would pay to have it removed but they explained the whole process. Also walked me to my car gave the honest opinion about the outcome of my car. Even allowed my dad who drove me there to drive to the back to get my things out of the car. They made that step of the process so easy! Very friendly, nice, understanding."

"Joseph in truck #50 is incredible. My battery was dead and my hood latch was broken (and my parking break was malfunctioning) and Joseph had to back in to my shared driveway and get my car out of my gravel parking area, navigating around two fences, getting my stuck car from being perpendicular to the back of the tow truck to on the tow truck within about 15 minutes. It was honestly very impressive and he was very kind and professional throughout. He sent me pictures once he dropped off my car at my mechanic as well. If I ever need a tow again I would call Joseph at 3S."

"Tow got to me in about 15 minutes after calling. Truck wouldn't go into Neutral plus Fuel Injector had busted. and the tower did some MacGyver stuff to get my truck onto flat bed without breaking any cables or axle causing any further damage. Isn't my first time using them. Haven't ever had a bad experience of my own with them"

"I want to sincerely thank Joseph (truck # 50) for getting to me and my 4 year old daughter so quickly yesterday (5/23). He was the 2nd truck that was dispatched from my roadside assistance as I had already waited 2 and a half hours for the first tow that never showed up. He was to me in about 25 minutes and was kind, professional and quick to load up my car and get us on our way. I even received pictures of my car and the front of the mechanics building when he got there and unloaded it which gave me piece of mind knowing my car was exactly where I wanted it to go. Thank you again Joseph!"
