"Had my bearings and rotor go bad while visiting my brother in Cleveland. It was Thursday afternoon and I had to be at work in New Mexico by Monday. Tim got my old rusty Tahoe done in less than 24 hours, took care of a couple, other minor things, and charged a fair price. Very happy with the service, thank you! Keith"

"They blew it!! They had the chance to earn me as a lifetime customer because I believed they did a great job on my repair in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, they can't get out of their own way. My heat worked when I brought the car to them, it no longer worked when I picked up my car. I'm quite certain it was something simple, but, when I alerted them of the problem, they immediately went to the blame game. They blamed instead of just agreeing to take a look at it. Accountability goes a long way, they don't seem to value that concept."
