"I stopped in at this shop to see if they could help me with a noise under my car. The mechanic reached under my car in the parking lot and found the piece of metal that was loose and tightened it up. He said it would not last for now but needed to be fixed and go to a muffler shop. He wouldn't take any money for his help. I love that this is a place where people are helpful, friendly, honest, and even though this was not where I needed to be for my problem, I will be back for body work on my other vehicle! Thank you so much!"

"I never like to write negative reviews however my experience/service with vip auto body was really underwhelming read below!! The main reason I chose this company to repair my vehicle was because of the repair turn around time that was given to me of “two weeks max” being that I had minor damage to my vehicle. Simple crack/scratched bumper that needed repair and a steering wheel air bag replacement. I was lead on to believe, that I would receive my car back in a timely manner. However that was not the case, they had my car for 6 weeks and never communicated with me to give me any updates throughout the process…I eventually had to call them to see what was going on after a month and was told my car would be ready in 2 more days. Great news right NO. Again I was ghosted didn’t hear from them until 2 weeks later. What made matters worse I had to pay $290 a week x6 while they had my car to get to work. And once I received my car back the fit and finish was not professional. My cruise control no longer worked so I had to go to a Honda dealership and sit for 4hrs to get it fixed before I went on vacation. One of the buttons on my steering wheel no longer works( I can’t press it in at all). Then while driving a couple of the pieces from bumper fell of a day after I picked it up from the shop and I have no idea where the pieces fell off on the road. Now I’ll have to spend even more money to get these items professionally repaired!!!"

"I took my car recently to this shop and Shaker was very professional and has great customer service. He had me in and out within a day and made my vehicle look back as good as new. I also hardly ever leave reviews as much as I should but I definitely had to take time to write this review. Very good shop to take your car!!"

"I had my car painted this summer and it's absolutely beautiful and was done prior to the date I was given, and on budget. The owner was very patient with me as I tried to decide on a color, even though my final choice was not to change it. He recommended a few details to make it stand out at no extra charge. He was extremely personable and friendly. If I didn't live in Columbus I would take my car there for any work I need on it! Highly recommend!"
