"I love this place everybody is so pleasant respectable this is my second time going in to get my 06 Pontiac vibe window replaced due to accidents I called same-day had not a problem getting me in and getting me without getting me right back out within an hour's time first time they came to my job put my glass send not an issue finished with an hour's time go there for your glass replacement"
"This shop is absolutely horrible. I brought my car here to get the Catalytic system repaired. Paid $650.00 ($450.00 part, $200.00 labor) and the next day my check engine light was back on!! With the same code!! I took the receipt and to the E-Check to try and get my car waived based on how much I spent and they look at the converter and tell me that it is NOT a new part! Not only that, after JD worked on my car there was a new code coming up for a heated o2 sensor. Anyway, I had to take my car to another shop (I took to Mr. C's down the street, they did a great job, highly recommend them over this shop) and they fixed my car right. After Mr. C fixed my car I brought the converter JD put on (which was completely black, did not look like a new part at ALL!) back to JD to try and at least get the money back for the part(said he could keep the labor money), and after a long argument he offered me $300.00, and I took it, but I wanted to $450.00 that he SAID he paid for the part. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP HE IS A SCAM! TAKE IT TO MR. C'S DOWN THE STREET IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT!! Mr. C even charged me less."
