"Poor communication and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for 07/22/2022 about two weeks prior. I showed up to drop my bike off to find the shop empty with a sign that stated they were not excepting anymore jobs at this time. I understand if they are overbooked but should of at least had the decency to contact people they already accepted work from. Not how you do business."

"I haven’t had him work on my bike yet but I scheduled an appointment and I was very impressed with the excellent customer service. I wanted a rough estimate and he took the time to sit down and give me a more accurate estimate and time to bring my bike in. I drop it off tomorrow and I couldn’t fell more confident I found the right place to take my bikes. I will update my review when I get my bike back but so far so good. Update. Got my bike back and I am happy with the work. Took longer then I expected but had another issue slow down the job and it’s bike season so shops being busy is a norm right now."
