"It's an okay place but it wouldn't be my first pick. I needed 2 recalls completed on my hyundai elantra so I decided to go ahead and have my oil changed while it was in the shop here. I chose a full synthetic oil change option online while making the appointment. Halfway through, the employee brought me the sheet with the charges showing it to be $70 more than what was quoted online along with several other *recommendations* that needed completed. When I told her that the price was incorrect, she laughed and said it's a system error and that it would be corrected on the final bill. Be sure you watch your charges here. I'm not sure it would have been corrected had I not said anything. Also, I then realized they had me marked down as half synthetic instead of full synthetic. I went up to inquire about this. The receptionist then checked with the mechanic, and they had already put half synthetic into my car so it was too late to change it. Not really what I wanted but not a big deal. I'll just go to someone else in the future. One of the mechanics came up to me and tried to mansplain the fact that half synthetic and full synthetic weren't really any different. He basically said they were all the same so it didn't matter which slightly worries me since there is a difference in the grade. Everyone seemed to be friendly but the recommended services were overpriced and definitely not needed for my year of car with the mileage on it. Overall, if I need a recall, I may or may not come back here. But I definitely won't be back for an oil change."

"Hyundai motor sent me USB plug for blue link software update I tried to do it according to instructions seems very easy to do but for some reason it loads then errors out. I'm getting oil changed today asked about this update to be told it's 179.99 tfor them to do it. Which is ridiculous this dealership has always pulled type of stuff only reason I come here is because of availability otherwise wouldn't come here ever."

"We had to keep calling for a week and 1/2 the time they didn't get back to us. It took threatening to call the BBB and magically the part showed up. They definitely treat men and women differently."
