"Bought a dishwasher here for my mother and the employee didn't tell us that the dishwasher we bought required a certain kind of electrical connection that we don't have. So now we have to cancel the order and find another dishwasher, but we definitely won't be buying one from Home Depot."

"My husband and I frequently visit this place. The people and cashiers are always nice and cheerful when we are there. HOWEVER, whenever we encounter the people in the kitchen remodel department, they are ALWAYS rude and annoyed, particularly a big woman named Amanda. Her behavior was super unprofessional and unfriendly. Throughout the interaction, she side-eyed me, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. If she has an issue with her eyes, she should see an eye doctor. Not only did she give us the cold shoulder, but she also didn’t know the standard depth of cabinets come in how many inches."
