"Terry came out and did his measurements... I booked my install dates well in advance and during my vacation. I cannot even begin to explain how satisfied I am with the job they did. They had a somewhat hard time removing the "builder grade" junk that was in my house. They worked around all of that, and the final result is very nice job !!"

"At the onset, the experience was great. Floors2U came to our house, showed us options, invited us to keep some of the samples to think about it. We then went in store to review our options and from that point on the experience went south. The in-store experience was lack luster. Any question we asked in store was met with "well, it's whatever you prefer really". Which yes, personal preference does play a part of any decision in life, but we need this business, as carpet experts, to help us understand the differences, the value of one over the other, the options. We decided to move forward and was told scheduling would not happen until they had a date by when the carpet would be delivered to them. They called us to schedule a date, we agreed on a date in late March and I moved things around to be available that day to be home for installation. They called 3 days prior to the installation date to even confirm to me that they would be there at 9am on the installation date. At 10am the day of installation, I received a call that the carpet was on backorder and they didn't know by when they may receive it. A very disappointing experience, especially on the communication front. I can understand companies are dependent on dates provided to them. But, if on the date the carpet is supposed to be at your store and it's not, that should raise a red flag to work out why it is not there with your supplier and communicate downstream to impacted parties (me, the buyer) that there could be a delay and you're working to understand the impact. Instead, an hour after you already previously confirmed you were going to start installation days earlier I get a call that it won't happen and you don't know when it could even happen. We're taking our business elsewhere and hope for a better experience."

He was also able to schedule an install date immediately after I decided what carpet to go with. The installers were in and out within a few hours.
