"I went up there I got my oil changed it was quick it was fast. it was a little expensive$89. seems a lot. I usually do my own oil changes at home. to not be told if I'm even supposed to get in or out of my car. to have my questions basically ignored and just have gruff instructions. that is terrible customer service .They did what they were doing but they weren't very nice about it Is it cuz I'm female? or is it just because it was 9:00 in the morning and they didn't want to be there. I don't know I know I won't be going back."

"Went to the store on East Broad street in Elyria , they lied about checking the tires, never checked other fluid levels, i am reluctant to believe they even changed the oil filter . Do yourself a favor and dont go to either of their jip joints in Elyria . $70 for an oil change .........."

"I'd really like to give this place a couple more stars but I got played by a previous employee. I paid $80+ for a suggested radiator flush and fill and never got it. Spoke with the new manager and was told that the owner was out of the country and they would rectify it when he returned, I called back as I was instructed to do and the issue still has yet to be resolved. I feel like I got got and no one wants to do a thing about it. I work as hard for my money as the next person and when you have kids, every cent counts..."
