"I got a living room set and bedroom set from here. They installed the bed, didn't attach all the wingnuts on the supports and the frame is now broken from normal wear. I scheduled an appointment for then to come out and repair it. Evidently, even though I had scheduled the appointment, they decided not to actually come to the appointment because the couldn't confirm it. That is poor business. I have a damaged bed that I am going to be paying on, that I can't get repaired because they don't like to keep the appointments that they set with people. Not cool. I will make do. Anybody know a good welder so I can have it repaired myself?"
