"Very un professional. I was told that I can have my bed in lay-away as long as I make a payment. I got a call from some girl literally reprimanding on my payments, which I made a payment every month. No one told me I had to get the bed out in 90 days. I was told if I make payments they can keep the bed in lay away. When I told her just to cancel after her talking down to me, she told me to hang up and think about what I’m saying as if I was a child. Then I told her to cancel the lay away a second time, she started screaming at me over the phone. I had bought a bed here once before with no problem, but I will never buy from this place again."
