"We’ve had our couch for 6 months now and it’s held up great! We use it everyday and cushions still hold shape and fabric has held up perfect. When our couch was delayed during manufacturing they even shipped us a couch to use for our party! Great people to deal with and price was right. Would buy from them again!"
"We purchased two rocker recliner chairs and a couch. The recliner mechanisms/handles consistently break through normal use. The extra protection plan from Guardsman is absolutely useless and a waste of money. Guardsman is unprofessional and labeled our request for repair as “under review” for months without offering any communication for a reason that the parts have not even been ordered or repaired. Although Kaplans is not responsible for the claims to Guardsman, it is a reflection on the quality of the furniture they sold and the businesses they partner with."
"I purchased a full living room set with a section sofa, coffee table and side tables at Kaplan’s. All look fantastic in my living room. The salesperson was laid pack and the delivery guys had everything set up for me in no time at all with no mess."
"I ordered a piece of furniture from Kaplan and was told that it would take 8-12 weeks to get it, reluctantly I went through with it. 6 months later and a few phone calls later I didn’t receive anything. Spoke to someone at the store about a refund and the managers solution was to offer me the floor model with no discount, I almost went through with it until they told me there was no return or warranty like the original item I purchased. I voiced my opinion about offering me a much worse option at the same price, so the manager called me back and said they would give me 10% off but this also would not come with the free shipping that the original order had because it was a floor model. 6 MONTHS OF WAITING AND THIS WAS THE MANAGERS SOLUTION, Can’t make this stuff up this is how bad this place is"
"Same overpriced merchandise. One couch in entire store was less than 500. One!! It looked decent and was nice for comfort but this store needs some lower end models. It didn't even have a loveseat to go with it !! The people were nice but it's like they don't care about your business when you tell them you don't want a $1500 couch."
