Forgetting to boldly thank the customer that keep them in business. Environmental was never friendly. After receiving the letter decided to seek a new tax service. So thankful I did."

"My husband and I filed our taxes with Appletree and were very disappointed! My husband took our tax return paperwork to them in March. Come the last week and the final day of taxes in April, they were finally doing them. On the Monday everything was due, April 18, I had to quickly get items for them in order to turn our taxes in. The worst part, we had to pay thousands of dollars and we didn't even know until the day it was due. We couldn't get a money order and then had to be charged interest by the IRS. We have never been late on taxes and then to be charged $200 of interest by the IRS because we couldn't pay the thousands of dollars we owed on that day same day. Ugh!"

"I scheduled an appointment a week out. I know it was the right place because the lady had me take down the address and confirm the location. I called back the day before the appointment because I wasnt sure if I had scheduled it for 1 or 130 and I didnt have the note on me. They proceed to inform me they have no records of any appointment for me. Needless to say, I will be taking my business else where. Why would I trust someone to do my taxes when they cant even schedule appointments correctly."
