"Stopped by to pick up my diploma cover at the Enrollment Services Desk. The lady was very rude, thanks for the good memories Purdue Fort Wayne!"

"Did not recieve my loan refund check from summer or fall. I asked and I got 2 checks totalling about a tenth of what I should have received. I inquired and they said the balance was zero, end of story. So I asked to see a document stating my total loan amount and total student expense. They were nervously unable to produce such a document and i was referred to Lafayette campus which was of no help either - they assured me that Fort Wayne campus should be answering these questions. Then a week later, I received yet another check in the mail for about three fifths the total owed to me. Too busy to bother with this garbage to fight for my remaining loan money now that the semester has started... but it is fair for faculty to keep cash students need to complete their education? Cash that students are accumulating debt for? I truly hope somebody with a spine puts an end to this."

"They are super hard to get ahold of and take multiple days to respond to emails."

"I just called them today about my e-bill statement. First of all, they seriously take forever to pick up. Once the lady picked up, I can already sense the rudeness in her but I talked to her my problems anyways hoping that she’ll help me out. It turns out, she was being super rude. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to talk. Like seriously, she won’t even let me finish my sentence. I really wished that I asked her what her name was so I can contact a high authority that’s in charge of her. I mean, this is not the first time that I received this poor quality services and I’m not the type of person to go on here and make complains whenever I get the chance to. I don’t have time for that! But after today’s phone call, I was livid! Trust me, if I had the option on not giving any stars, they won’t even receive one from me because they don’t deserve it!"

"Financial aid does not do their job properly in that they do not know how to award financial aid properly. They awarded me money from the federal subsidized loan when my award package first came out in April or so. Get to the week before classes start and after they processed my refund they revoked the loan due to it being need based. They have had since April to correct that and did nothing. They also apparently cannot process their lists of students eligible for scholarships correctly as they had also revoked my transfer scholarship, even though I did everything I was supposed to to maintain it. It took me addressing the issue to someone in Student Success to have to problem fixed and was complete within less than 10 minutes. I never had issues like this when I went to IUK or when I attended IUK. And the bursar’s office is just as bad."
