"Had my oil change today on a 2019 Nissan Murano. The guys did a pretty good job getting it done and rotating my tires. Victor, the store manager does a pretty good job with the team he has. My only compliant is for those of us that like to keep our car engine bay clean, they were not careful in this area. When I got home and checked there were drips (and in some areas more than a drip) of oil scattered in the engine bay of my car. Had this not happened, I would have given them a 5 star review. I plan to return in 5,000 miles and hope they are more careful with engine bay cleanliness by then."
"No wait and plenty of staff. However, I’m pretty sure not all services were done or completed i.e. tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, etc. They also failed to reset the oil change monitor back to 100%."
"On 11/03/23 I went to valvoline to get an oil change and a transmission oil change. After a week my car started to leak oil. I went to a professional mechanic to see if there were any leak and there were no leaks at all. Mechanic told me that they spilled oil all over my engine bay and didn’t clean it up. I called valvoline to see if they can help me I talked to Christian and he told me to come so they could check it out. As I arrived they opened my hood and started to make fun of my cold air intake laughing and saying “why does this even have a cold air intake” I don’t understand why would they say things like that I thought this was a professional place as he checked it out he told me that I was leaking oil and to take it to a shop when I already did and I already knew that, that’s why I took it to valvoline cause I talked to Christian about it. He didn’t even check my transmission oil or didn’t even offer to clean under my carriage I went to the mechanic again and he charged me a $50 fee to clean my under carriage this is not acceptable. I been going to Valvoline to years and even my company cars go through them I would not be bringing my cars here if they can’t even be professional, or even offered to help."

"Always like Valvoline,.. quick, decent job clean place. Make good recommendations but don't force you to do it. Always have a small coupon to make it respectable prices compared to everybody else"
