"The guys at the Florence location took great care of me. I last had my oil changed at the Aurora, IN location. They left 8 out of 13 fasteners from my oil skid plate unfastened leaving it very unsecured. Instead of the guys at Florence just doing a half a$$ed job, he went ahead and took the extra time to reattach my skid plate properly. Great job Florence, I will be using your location for my car maintenance needs! ❤️❤️"

"Been here to get my oil changed 3 times. Each time I've not been here longer than 15 minutes. Oil change, fluid check (if needed topped off), and air filter checked & had it replaced once. Different types of oil for different driving needs. I get the high miles synthetic and it's around $80-90. They also give out a free bottle of water if you'd like it."
