"I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a Tuesday at 10am. Routine oil change. I called at 1:37pm to check on my car. The tech said we haven’t pulled it in yet. I said 4 hours is too long I need to come get it he said “sounds good”. No apology, acted like my time/business was of no value. When I came to pick it up, the guy who checked me in did offer an apology said the cars ahead of me took longer than expected. One car was in the bay when I arrived for drop off and zero were in the parking lot. This was my second time at this location and it was the last chance these folks had with me."
