As this was covered under my vehicle service contract, I opted to have the repairs performed at Urbs. I dropped the vehicle off that same day, and was shocked to hear that no parts needed to be replaced and the vehicle alignment was not off. I picked the vehicle up approximately two hours after dropping it off. The crew at Urbs have always been honest and dependable. "They got my SUV in and diagnosed all on the same day that I called and inquired about services. They worked with my warranty company for the work that was covered and found an oil leak that I wasn't aware that I had. They were able to fix both the fuel injector issue and the oil leak in one day and I had my SUV back within 30 hours of dropping it off to be diagnosed. They are honest and very knowledgeable! The fact they are close to my home is an added bonus because I definitely have found where I will always take my vehicle from now on!!"

"Nick and Trey are the best. They are very upfront and honest. They gave me an estimate and when I picked up my car two of the parts were less expensive than quoted they refunded the difference. Trey didn't have to tell me that but he did. Then on top of that I had brought my car in for a oil change and needed more work done. They threw my oil change in for free. Their service is top notch. I highly recommend Urbs Garage. Hats off for the mechanics, my car is running much better than when I brought it in. Sincerely Carolyn G"
