"I've used Terry's Carpet for many years at several houses and found his company to have the best prices with the best products. But most importantly the best installation and service. To give you an example, I had a small water leak in my basement and had to pull back some carpet and remove the padding. I needed some padding and a few tackstrips to complete the repair. I stopped into their store and they not only give me the the padding and tack strips I needed but wouldn't take a penny for it (I tried to pay them). This is the over the top type of service you can expect with them. They are simply, hands down, the best!!"
"I will never do business with this company again and you shouldn't either. After canceling our installation and rescheduling for the following day, Terry's carpet then proceeded to not only not show up but also did not answer their phone for the next 3 days. Once I finally got in touch with someone, they could barely apologize for the trouble. 5 days later I'm still waiting for my carpet to be installed. Of course they require a large deposit to be paid up front so I can't just walk away from this terrible business, since the check was cashed weeks ago."
