Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

"It’s a shame that this is the only Flagstore Tempur-pedic, for it to be as expensive as it is you’d think you get first class( keyword”classy” customer service. The man that works there with long wavy reddish- brown hair energy was nasty, outputting, stand- offish and unprofessional like he was doing me a favor, I’ve been to the big lots and gotten better furniture customer service than he provided. He seemed like” what are u doing here, you’re not gonna get anything, I’m irritated and tired of “YOU” ppl” when I just spent over $5,000 at a competitor brand so his loss and the company for hiring &keeping such a bad representation for Tempur- pedic. I would be willing to go elsewhere but NOT Kenwood, I’ve run into 2 bad reps actually at this store."

"Purchased a new mattress and base on Nov 26 to the tune of 7k. Was told it would be delivered between 7-10 days. Here we are 2 weeks later with no mattress and nobody can tell us when the mattress will be here. Told it was “preparing to ship” from warehouse today. Which then had to be shipped to another third party company and we have to wait for them to reach out to us to schedule delivery. Needless to say, I canceled the order. For 7 thousand dollars I would expect a better customer service experience from this company."

"Darren and the team were wonderful! Their patience, professionalism and expertise helped my wife and I confidently purchase our mattress. This helped relieve much of the stress that comes when researching and trying to purchase a new mattress. We highly recommend them and the brand."

"Absolutely horrible. I came in the store just to browse because I was bored and had never been in this store before, some older lady with glasses and brown hair medium length kept following me around and asking us what we were looking for and let me know that I couldn’t try the beds because they had a special cover over it, I’m not sure if that’s even true but usually in mattress stores you can try them out. I hate to complain about any business but as black woman I felt that this racially motivated. I let her know many times that I was just browsing but she began to follow me and started to insist on asking me what I was looking for. Get better please this was a horrible experience."

"We came to the store to find a new king size bed after researching online and in other stores first. Lisa was ours sales person and she took great care of us! She was very knowledgeable about all the different choices and options that would work best for our needs. We ended up making a purchase today and she gave us some good tips of what do for delivery and also tips on how to make things easier for cleaning and changing sheets. We are excited to get our new bed soon!"
