"SInce they closed down the store in Florence, KY, I have to travel to the nearest location which is now at Eastgate Blvd, in CIncinnati. Depending on what Associate waits on you, determines the Service you receive at this location. I have Great Service in the past, but on my recent visit, I feel that I wasn't valued as a Customer during my Check-Out of Purchases. I sure miss the Attention that the Manager at that Florence, KY gave to his Customers & wish that there was a Store near to me again."

"I am new to the area and this was my first time visiting this store. I knew I wanted a black wire step file for my desk before I stepped into the store. I was pleasantly surprised with a gentleman approached me and asked if he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me straight to the isle. I just wanted to see if they had something I might like a little better than what I originally had in mind. I thought the price may have been cheaper online, but the gentleman confirmed that I was getting the best price. Two thumbs up!"
