"For years, I've been very happy with this company. However, I recently was gifted a mirror that arrived factory defective and while the "concierge" agrees it appears factory defective, they refuse to replace it because they can't determine if the piece was damaged during shipping or not. So today, I disassembled the piece and put it back together successfully fixing the issue, only to then find that the glass isn't even symmetrical and looks like something that belongs in a carnival. Don't overpay for this imported garbage"
"I wish there was the ability to separate a customer service review and product review. The Kenwood location gives the most runaround after a major purchase. My rep is always with a client when I call. Everytime I stop in unannounced my rep has not been there. Also, everytime I stop in the other reps are behind the counter chatting. Unless the other reps are the client being spoken with I am wondering what the odds are she is actually speaking with another client or a co-worker. I need to get some things completed and I am fed up with the runaround. I like the product I purchased, however, I highly detest the lack of customer service at this particular location. I have no experience with other locations."

"I ordered and paid for a media console back in April. It was expected to arrive in July, then August, then October and now it's pushed to December "with no guarantee." Not once have we received an email or phone call regarding the push backs. We have had to call every single time and every time there's no explanation. We even ordered this piece with an actual rep. It was not just an online order. Currently the website has the console listed as "ready to deliver in 16 weeks." Well December will put us at about 36 weeks minimum. This company has had our money for 7 months now, the least they could do is provide us with updates..."
