"If I could give them a zero I would. We placed a sizable order back in July just finished picking up the last and table in January. Repeated issues with delivery, design team, and service."

"My wife and I were gifted a very expensive dining room table for a wedding gift 5 years ago. The delivery drivers never installed the table leaf extension, rather, they just gave it to us in a box and we stored it in a safe place. We've never had to use it til recently for a party. The leaf doesn't even fit the table. I tried customer service phone number twice. Got hung up on by a very rude representative the first time. Second time, got a nicer person, but still unable/unwilling to transfer me to a manager. I went into the store with videos and photos of the problematic/wrongly sized table leaf. It's an inch wider than the table itself, and the pin holes do not line up, rendering the table leaf useless. This is probably a $5,000+ table, that Pottery Barn is unwilling to do anything for. I get it...it's 5 years old, and out of warranty, but I've also spent thousands of dollars there myself on other things. The supervisor in the store said she is unable to get a hold of anyone higher up than her. She didn't try, but said it would be useless. I asked for a store credit to keep me a future customer. They weren't willing. They told me it should be a lesson and that I should have had the delivery drivers/installers put the leaf in. I'll happily take my business to another furniture store that cares about it's customers enough to keep them coming back for more. If you make a mistake, own it and correct it."

"My wife and I found a rug we really liked at this location. they did not have it in stock so we elected to have it shipped to our house. The sale associate let us know it would be $190!! I threw out the idea for myself to come pick up the rug from the location. The response I got was. "That is not an option." I called their customer service team and they gave me the same explanation. Seems odd and the consumer has to pay such a high cost to get their product and even unethical."

"I walked in twice on the same day and 3 employees refused to even greet me or my wife. However, when an older lady walked in one employee stopped her gossiping to walk past us, greet a customer, then continue to ignore us while I asked for help on her way back to the counter to gossip. The two in the photo literally did nothing while customers were aimlessly wandering around the store Needless to say that for the prices they’re asking, you would expect halfway decent service."

"My wife loves coming into pottery Barn just to browse. They always do such a great job on their displays with making it feel like it's an actual home and not a store. Just taking a walk through the store. Can give you great ideas for your own home whether you end up purchasing items from pottery Barn or finding dupes for less at other stores."
