They new the problem could not wait and they got out with in 2 days and took care of it! I recommend them ! "I needed some repairs to my chimney and I contacted Jefferys after reading all the reviews. I was not disappointed! I called on a Thursday and Todd came out on Tuesday. He is engaging and professional. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He even took a couple minutes to explain how to fix my furnace's condensate pump (long story). He gave me a quote on the spot and said they could do the work on the following Thursday, weather permitting. I received a text the following day letting me know they could be out on Tuesday! His crew showed up and had the job done Wednesday mid day - they could only work a half day on Tuesday because it started raining. Dan and Joe were both friendly, professional and equally as informative as Todd. All had said that the work would be a little noticeable because of the chimney's age and the amount of repointing that was required. Well all I can say is that if you didn't know where they were repointing, you wouldn't notice it! They blended the mix and did the work extremely well. When it came time to pay the bill, it was exactly the amount quoted. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from start to finish! I HIGHLY recommend Jefferys for any chimney work!"
