"Installation of the gutters went well. Problems with the gutter guards from the beginning. The install manager hired his kids to them in, and they had short supply. So the back of the house over the door had 50 two in scraps pieced together and still came up short. Install manager blamed the install crew (which was himself) and fixed them. As soon as it rained, I noticed the water coming down behind the facia board by the front door, called support in April 2023, no response, called again, manager said he would have someone out, never came. Called manager, he said he no longer worked for the company. Called support, they didn't know when a new install manager would be trained. Called again and again and again. No one has come and it is now November, rain still comes down behind facia board because of botched install."
