"My daughter's car was totaled on by-pass 4 in Fairfield Township when a semi hit her. At the scene of the accident, the police called Wayne's Garage and Towing because they were close and could get the road cleared quickly. From the moment they arrived at the scene, the staff at Wayne's went above and beyond to be sure that my daughter and our family were taken care of. In the days following the accident, they were fantastic about communicating with us, keeping the car safe and dry through multiple big storms (it had no windows...), giving us support as we navigated car insurance matters, and even welcoming us at the lot a week later when my daughter wanted to go see her car one last time. They were available, kind, and helpful - so much more than we were expecting from the folks that towed our daughter's car away. A+++++ operation. Highly recommend."
