I was recommended to Doug's from a friend who had a great experience with them many years ago. I needed a steering part changed on my truck, so I figured I'd give them a shot. They were prompt in returning my message and very courteous on the phone, gave me a ball park price over the phone which turned out to be exactly the bill when I picked my truck up. When I showed up, there was no standing around waiting for someone to help me - they walked right up and took care of everything. They were fast in fixing my truck and had completely fair pricing to do it. I feel like for the first time in a very, very long time - I have a found shop with professional and courteous technicians that I can trust.
