"I purchased my furniture in February paid $700 for the mattress before 30 days was up my mattress was lumpy they had to come and replace it and wanted to charge me another delivery charge. Six months same problem with mattress. They take pictures and send them. They told me could not tell by pictures and refused any resolution. I will never buy from them anymore."

"The service was good. The sales people were not professional. One person was on her phone talking with her kids with Skype seconds before she waited on some people that had been waiting there for at least 15 minutes. We got what we wanted. Our service was great, but the other sales people were just sorry."

"Bought furniture here a few years ago and had no problems...recently tried to buy a couch and it was awful. Our order was pushed back, understandably enough with COVID. However, they never called and updated us on the status. They never answer the phone. I called over 20 times in a day and it was never answered. They refused to let me in the store at 6PM when they didn’t close until 6:30. No one in the store wears masks. When I went to get a refund on the couch I never received they wouldn’t let me get a refund without a receipt. Despite having my ID and the same credit card with me so I was forced to drive all the way home and back to get my refund. Wouldn’t recommend anyone buy furniture here if you want any kind of good customer service."

"Had a warranty issue regarding Ashley Mattress. Spoke to Corporate who routed my info to Longs. I called to follow up about a week later., and spoke to Bob. He stated to come in a pick out your mattress and within a few days had it delivered. The Pros- 1.Ashley Corp office was professional and cordial. 2. Bob was professional and cordial. 3. I was able to pick out a better mattress at the same cost. The Cons 1. Paying for another Delivery and you also have to pay to get the bad mattress disposed of. In conclusion, my concern was the customer service. I read some of Ashleys return reviews and they were less than stellar. However, I will always pay a little extra if someone or someplace is courteous and they were. !"

"They charge you 95$ for delivery fee don't put the stuff together at all..give you a 5 hour window and tells you they will not call when they are on their way then they couldnt bring my couch in and said I should find someone else to bring it through the balcony...like who ? Or I should just settle for a love seat and a chair..??? They took the couch back but I don't get a refund and will have to pay delivery fees again for my new couch & they don't tell you about the 95 delivery fee until after you paid for everything."
