"This is hands down the best Kia Service Center in Central Ohio. I usually only come to this service center. Went to Germain due to just having a major sergury and not suppose to drive for long periods of time ( huge mistake) Had to end up going to Celebration anyway to address issues Germain did not. Lesson leanerned. Will only be talking my Telluride to Celebration, where i got it from. They are far more professional and do a amazing job at keeping your vehicle in tip top shape. Shawn is usually my represemtative, and he is very attentive to your vehicles needs. He also keeps you posted on the progress of your vehicle while ypur waiting.. This is the way a Certified Kia Service Center should be."

"We bought two new KIA's at celebration last year. We have to use the service department for one of the vehicles in the last six months.the reason for The four stars is their phone system. It does not seem to work well and it is at time very hard to get through to the dealership or service department. That is frustrating. They are usually pretty booked so there is a usually a several day wait to get into the service department. Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly. They keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. Any time we have used them the vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Overall a great experience for an auto service department."

"I'm very particular about who I have work on my car and I always prefer coming to Crown. My last trip was a complete suspension change and I will admit, I was nervous about it. I spoke and worked with Daniel Harris, the service manager, and told him what I was looking to do. Not only was he able to ease my mind but kept me informed each step of the way. "When I took my Kia Optima into Crown Kia for an oil change, I was greeted immediately by Service manager Daniel Harris as I entered the service bay entrance. He took my information and took my car back quickly. He was very friendly and efficient as well. My service was completed promptly and my car was washed. When Daniel Harris came into the waiting room to get me he already had the paper work completed and I was ready to go. He told me that they had also rotated my tires which was due but I had forgotten to mention it. I received exemplary service from Daniel Harris and I’m very satisfied with my experience at Crown Kia"

"We were car shopping for our son with another dealership, where we had agreed on a deal and were coming in to sign paperwork and bring it home when they sold the car out from underneath us. In a panic we met with Mark Andrijowych at Crown Kia, who was such a nice guy. He was extremely professional, courteous and very helpful! He got us the exact same car (but with upgraded floor mats) while honoring our original deal from the other dealership. He really saved the day, completely turning around the whole situation into a quick, easy, happy experience. He even spent extra time with my son to go over features in the car and told him to call him if he had any questions. We are so happy we went to Crown and worked with Mark."
