"These guys lied to me about my car. They told me my car was leaking transmission fluid. Told me that if I took it to my dealership, not to believe them if they told me nothing was wrong. Took my car to the dealership and they could not find a thing wrong with my car. I should mention my car is two years old, bought brand new in 2022 and still under warranty. I feel disappointed with my service and do not appreciate being taken advantage of. I will not be going back under any circumstances."

"Jim was very friendly and very clear and concise about setting expectations about service time up front since I didn't have an appointment that day. He told me he would call to let me know his initial findings and he was able to get my vehicle into an open bay earlier than quoted so he called earlier than expected. He made a quality tire suggestion and I told him I would get back to him to let him know what I wanted to do. I called him back an hour or two later and let him know to go ahead and install that tire package and he said it would be ready by end of day for pickup. I was dropped off after my work shift by a coworker and the vehicle was parked outside ready to go. I went inside and paid and got my tire warranty information and was out the door in 5 to 10 minutes. Everything ran smoothly and was super convenient to me having them work on it all while I worked all day at my job down the street. I was extremely thankful they were able to get the issue resolved the same day! I had to use the affected vehicle the following day for interstate travel so it was critical to have the repairs made same day for that reason. Their prices were comparable to the prices of other local repair shops who would not be able to do the repairs same day so I feel confident I got a fair price and excellent service. The tire installer even put my wheel lock back where they found it and also reinstalled my tire stem caps I had installed on my previous tire stems, so that impressed me. I had no issues on my interstate travel with the vehicle the following two days after repairs. I am happy with my purchase and service I received by Mr. Tire and its associates."
