"I'd consider this an average maintenance shop. Four wheel alignments, tire rotations, and oil changes, I dont think you'll find a better value out there, especially if you have AAA (10% off) or Costco (15% off) membership. However, they aren't capable of doing alignment on vehicles equipped with TPMS (I think that was the feature that prevented me getting the service here), and instead will refer you to the Grandview location where pricing is same. Also, they are incapable of diagnosing any issues you are having with your car, supposedly unless there is a check engine light. A good mechanic can inspect your vehicle, or drive it around a bit and investigate trial and error from there. I had an issue with my Thermostat, with my heater spitting out cool air, and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong ("all mechanics and fluid levels normal") and claimed I "did have warm air," but dismissed my problem as they "don't have time to actually test the temperature of the air exiting my fans, and if the technician said it's fine, then trust that it's fine!" Less than 24hrs later, my engine light came on, and it was in fact the thermostat defect. Scott seems very irritated if you ask any questions or request more information, but Jack was welcoming and approachable, so I suggest asking for Jack if you want to ask questions before scheduling an appt. For anything more than regular maintenance, I do not recommend this place, though. They claim to not oversell you, but they push for accepting the AAA discount over saving an extra 5% on the Costco discount due to the 24mo/24k mile warranty vs the regular 12mo/12k mile warranty. Frankly, I drive over 20k miles per year, so I don't give a rats about the additional 12mo, I prefer to just save the money. Grandview never even gave me the comparison of warranty options, and simply accepted my request to apply the Costco discount. Another reason I would stay clear of this place for anything more than routine maintenance is that if you already know the issue with your vehicle, they will not allow you to bring your own parts due to their warranty issues, even if they will be purchasing the exact same parts and surcharge you for it, and will conduct their own analysis and diagnosis. This seems a bit suspicious that they will claim more wrong than really is, and I've had too many bad experiences with technicians to trust after that statement. So, all in all: Routine maintenance - 10/10, recommend Anything else - 2/10, find somewhere else"

"The team here was fantastic. I had my check engine light come on last night, and got it diagnosed at auto zone because I was in a hurry to get home. I called Scott this morning, since they service all of the fleet vehicles where I work, and I know the fleet is highly prioritized and well maintained. He got me in, quickly repaired the issue (cam shaft and crank shaft solenoids), and had me on my way. When I drove off, the check engine came back on. I had a meeting I had to attend, then called them regarding the light. Jack said to come back in to troubleshoot. The issue was within the actual part, manufacture issue. They didn’t have another one on hand, but had a courier bring one immediately, and fixed me right up in the late afternoon. There was mention of my failed tpms sensor in the interim- I said I knew about it, but wasn’t concerned since I just got new tires and knew to check myself and deal with the light. Mitchell went out of his way to go verify it was just the sensor, and not a bigger issue. None of them made me feel pressured to buy anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary, but still checked several things to ensure ultimate safety. All around, a great team here, that had me in and out with short notice. Highly appreciated!"

"Staff were super friendly, got our car in right away after we caught a nail and had a major tire leak. Said we needed a new tire, which they had in stock, so we paid for a new tire ($300). They might deserve five stars but mechanics are hard to trust right off the bat....was the tire unfixable? I want to believe so : ) We didn't have any option so new tire for us. Location is great as it is right off a shopping mall with restaurants etc. Had some First Watch brunch and picked up a few things at Market District while we waited."
